- MSR (Marketing Service Request) form is submitted
- MSR is reviewed by Project Co-ordinator and supporting materials are collected
- Marketing Manager reviews MSR to ensure that the purpose, audience, goals and budget are understood and acceptable
- Meeting or additional clarification on the project may be required before proceeding
- A "docket" is created and submitted to the designer
- Drafts of marketing work are reviewed by the Marketing Manager
- Draft is submitted to the client for review
- Edits or corrections are made after client review
- Draft is submitted to the client for final sign-off
- Piece is printed (print) and delivered or made live (web or signage)
