Welcome to the Marketing Portal. This portal is used by Niagara College staff and faculty to request marketing materials and projects and is for internal use only.


Staff and Faculty: Once you've signed up for a FreshDesk account, you will be able to submit service requests, track your projects, and find the information you need about about logos, print services, and more.


How It Works


  1. Sign up for an account using your Niagara College username (ex. jdoe) and Niagara College email address (ex. jdoe@niagaracollege.ca). If you do not register with a niagaracollege.ca email address, your request and account will be deleted. Choose any password. Important: the Marketing Portal is not connected to MyNC; your passwords can be different between the 2 systems.
  2. Submit a ticket! After your account has been verified, select 'New support ticket', and fill out the details of your project. Make sure to add as much information as possible.
  3. You can check the status of your project at any time on the Portal. You'll also get email reminders when a ticket has been updated, and when your attention is required to move forward with your project.
