Welcome to the Marketing Portal. This portal is used by Niagara College staff and faculty to request marketing materials and projects and is for internal use only.
Staff and Faculty: Once you've signed up for a FreshDesk account, you will be able to submit service requests, track your projects, and find the information you need about about logos, print services, and more.
How It Works
- Sign up for an account using your Niagara College username (ex. jdoe) and Niagara College email address (ex. jdoe@niagaracollege.ca). If you do not register with a niagaracollege.ca email address, your request and account will be deleted. Choose any password. Important: the Marketing Portal is not connected to MyNC; your passwords can be different between the 2 systems.
- Submit a ticket! After your account has been verified, select 'New support ticket', and fill out the details of your project. Make sure to add as much information as possible.
- You can check the status of your project at any time on the Portal. You'll also get email reminders when a ticket has been updated, and when your attention is required to move forward with your project.
