The Marketing Department keeps branded display materials on hand. Items can be rented individually for various events for a specific period of time. Items must be picked up and returned in the same manner they have been received. If linens are soiled please wash them upon returning. (Tablecloths can be washed in a regular washing machine and hung to dry. Do not put in the dryer or dry clean).
If something has been damaged please inform us so they can be fixed or replaced. Items will be fixed or replaced at the expense of the department renting the item. Upon renting any item all departments are required to provide an account number in case of damage or loss to replace items, if required.
To rent any of these items please submit a Marketing ticket and we would be happy to accommodate you.
Please note that due to remote access, we will require a minimum of one week to prepare the item for pick up.
